Gift Guide: For the Fitness Fanatic
Are you guys ready for six days of gift guides? I don't know about you but I still have quite a lot of holiday shopping to cross off of my list, so hopefully these are helpful for those of you that are in the same boat! I had so much fun putting these together after a pretty unanimous poll on my Instagram stories about whether or not you wanted me to post gift ideas for the holiday season. I'll take any excuse to browse my favorite shops online and also put some of my very favorite products in one place. First up: my gift suggestions for the special someone in your life that loves staying active. I own and use every single thing on this list so I can personally vouch for each for them.
1 | APL Sneakers
I've always been a pretty loyal Nike Free fan when it comes to cross-training and running shoes, but when I discovered APL's a few months ago my loyalty totally shifted. Not only are they arguable the most attractive sneakers I've owned (no joke I get more compliments on these than anything else!), they are seriously so comfortable and are perfect for anything from walking to running to cross-training.
2 | S'well Water Bottle
I'm sure this isn't the first time you've seen these water bottles, but I really can't talk about them enough. As someone who is always trying to stay super conscious about how much water I'm consuming, these S'well bottles are seriously my go-to. I try to drink at least 70 ounces of water a day (especially if I'm teaching or taking hot yoga) and I am pretty adamant about not using plastic whenever I can. I always make sure to keep this handy when I travel, too, so that I can refill on-the-go. S'well just released a new line of small tumblers for smaller, warm beverages and I can't wait to get my hands on one of those next (they would also make for great stocking stufers)!
3 | Lululemon Align Pant
I am super aware that as a Lululemon Ambassador (one of the highlights of 2017 for sure!!) I am absolutely biased to their product, but I swear you will never ever regret purchasing a pair of their new align yoga pants. As someone who has tried nearly every brand of yoga clothing out there, I can't say enough about these pants and truly believe they are the best of the best. They are high-waisted (a must-have for me), super soft, perfect for travel and ultra flattering. You can't go wrong with this gift.
4 | Nuun Electrolyte Tabs
These super easy and portable electrolyte tabs make for the perfect stocking stuffers. Not only do they taste amazing, but they are so easy to add to your water bottle and are great for everyone from runners to yogis. I'm partial to the mixed berry and citrus flavors!
5 | Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
Collagen peptides have gotten a lot of hype this year, and I was definitely a little skeptical of the touted benefits of this tasteless powder. Lo and behold, they totally live up to their reputation! Not only have I noticed stronger hair, skin and nails (never a bad thing!), I've also noticed that my joints and bones feel stronger and healthier after strenuous exercise that would have typically left me feeling super sore and run-down the next day. I put a scoop in my coffee every single morning to make it an easy habit!
6 | Yuni Shower Sheets
I'm not even embarrassed to admit how much I loathe the process of showering. Going in and out of hot yoga rooms every single day makes it nearly impossible to always keep myself smelling "fresh", but when I was given a couple of these refreshing shower sheets as a gift this summer, I realized I didn't need to shower multiple times a day anymore. They are perfect for those days when you don't have ample time between workouts and meetings or dinner plans and are super easy to keep in your gym bag.
7 | Epic Protein Powder
I've tried A LOT of protein powders and I can say that, without a doubt, this is my favorite brand. Not only are all of the products sprouted which is easier on digestion, but they also contain high quality ingredients and superfoods. I'm partial to the vanilla lucuma flavor and my husband loves the green kingdom in his smoothies.
8 | Lululemon Carryall Tote
I LOVE this bag, you guys. I seriously can't say enough good things about this stylish and sleek gym bag that also doubles (triples?) as a travel tote and work bag. It has so many pockets, looks good with just about everything, and is waterproof to boot! If I didn't already own this, it would absolutely be on my wish list.
