In The Flow // January '17

Hello, Tuesday! We had a great 3-day weekend around these parts and since we’re heading out of town this weekend to visit my in-laws, this week feels like it’s going to go by really quickly. We spent Saturday morning having a cozy brunch at our friend’s apartment and got into some really great conversations about flow and life and career etc. that really got me thinking. My friend Michelle recommended that I read the book “The Surrender Experiment” and I can barely put it down — I’ll be sure to report back once I’m finished because there are so many good takeaways even in the first few chapters. I spent most of yesterday completely overhauling my yoga playlists and rediscovered so many of the ones I made back when I started teaching in 2012. Listening to that music really had me reminiscing on how incredible my teaching experience has been over these past few years. I’ve learned and grown so much not only as a teacher but also as a student and I’m determined to get back onto my mat more than ever this year.

Below is my newest collection of music I can’t stop listening to : perfect for a yoga flow class, while sipping your morning coffee, or just craving some mellow vibes.
