Whole30 Week 4 Meal Plan + Grocery List
We've made it to our final week of Whole30 and, if I'm being honest, I really didn't expect to make it this far! We (both my husband and I) are feeling SO good and have agreed that we both want to continue eating this way after the 30 days is up as much as we possibly can. This weekend marked our first "cheat" and we treated ourselves to a couple of glasses of red wine . The weather in DC this week was so cold and gray and had both of us feeling pretty down overall, and since going out to eat is pretty much out of the question right now, we stayed in on Friday night, made dinner and enjoyed some wine to celebrate our first fire of the season. Within 15 minutes, both of us were complaining of terrible headaches and it was as though our bodies were punishing us for "cheating" -- HA! No regrets, though.
We did a massive grocery haul today to stock up on everything we'll need to get us through until we head to San Diego for Thanksgiving and I'm pumped about another week of homemade meals! Here is what's on the menu:

Monday: Chicken + Broccoli Casserole
Tuesday: Chicken Zoodle Soup
Wednesday: Turkey Sweet Potato Chili (we've made this every single week it's so good!)
Thursday: Lettuce-Wrapped Turkey Burgers + Sweet Potato Fries
Friday: Pork Chops + Big Green Salad!
